At InCashmere, we believe luxury should feel effortless—including returns. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.

✔ Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
✔ Email info@incashmere.com with your order number, item, and reason for return.
✔ Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label via email.

Once your return is received, please allow up to two three weeks for processing. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund is issued or your exchange ships.

✔ Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or gift card.
✔ If exchanging, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay for flexible payments.
