Order Processing Times:

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday, Thanksgiving and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. In most cases your order will ship within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. It is possible that on rare occasions, your order will require up to 48 hours for processing and packing before it is shipped.

 

Shipping Times:

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries in late 2022!

  • Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
  • Orders shipping to Canada will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

 

To cancel an order before it leaves our facility, call one of our Customer Service Specialists toll free at (201) 438-8588. Once an order is with the carrier, we must wait up to 24 hours before we can void the shipment.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please call Customer Service and we will file the claim with the carrier. We are not directly responsible for any lost package once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier.

Note: There might be some shipping delays due to COVID-19 safety measures taken by shipping companies.
